-The room was big and very clean, decorated very chic, luxury and technologically. -The view was spectacular, it was so special to wake up to that sea view and wave sounds, I didn’t even once close the balcony door to hear that beautiful sound and smell. - The bed and pillows were ultra comfy and we enjoyed jacuzzi and liked high quality bathrobes and room stuffs very much. -The staff were professional and kind (except casino), they provided whatever we ask for, in seconds. - Pool and the beach was refreshing. -This hotel definitely gonna worth your money and meet your expectations. Very nice big rooms, spacious spa area, beautiful view on the bay. There was a complementary water in the room everyday which is a good benefit. Majority of the staff members were very nice and helpful.

We had a great time and enjoyed this hotel very much! The hotel is a luxurious five-star, but it stands out, because they thought of every tiny detail to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bed is perfect for a good night sleep. We had a great time in the spa area, suitable for every age group. The breakfast is delicious and rich. We also visited sveti Stefan, which is a 20-minute walk away from the hotel, through a beatiful forest. Amazing staff, very helpful and acommodating, bravo! We will definitely come back here. Thank you for everything!

The room is small compared to the price. The bathroom is especially very small. They placed the sink in the room outside the bathroom. While we wash our hands and faces, the floor gets wet. There was a smell of bathroom drain in the room the first day. Then it diminished but the smell was always there. The balcony with sea view is nice. It was very nice to sleep with the sound of the sea. The breakfast service staff is grumpy. You cannot buy tea or coffee yourself, you have to ask for it from the waiters. They also serve with a sullen face. In general, the beach, the sea and the food taste good, but it should be much better for the price. Its casino is the largest casino in the country, but it is smaller than the hotels in Cyprus. It can get a little stuffy at crowded times. Overall my score is 7.

Thank you Maestral team for an amazing stay, we really enjoyed to spend the time in your hotel! The Chinese restaurant is perfect for a dinner, unique with authentic design. The food was delicious. Thank you for the professional service of all the employees, we were greeted with smiles and all our requests were immediately done. Thank you for upgrading our room for sea view, the view from the room is worth it! Only positive impression and we will definitely come back. The SPA area with 2 saunas is modern, stylish and with an amazing view.

This is the best hotel in the neighbourhood. The staff are friendly and helpful. The service is exceptional. The hotel is very clean and well equipped. The beach and pools are perfect and my room had incredible views. I will happily stay here again.

Nice, quiet and comfortable room. The first room which was given to me had a strange smell in the bathroom. On request, the front-desk changed my room without any problems/delay. Hotel-own beach and pool are quite nice and hardly crowded (well, I stayed off-season in September). Very good breakfast selection. Restaurant offers decent menu with (as I think) still okay prices.
